“Prahar is a very detail-oriented and quality-conscious engineer. This allowed him to successfully lead complex projects, such as designing and implementing a custom food conveyor system. He also lead execution of a manual cleaning validation protocol.

Prahar is a reliable partner in quality. He does not hesitate to voice an opinion when there is an issue that could impact quality. His approach to addressing issues is constructive and collaborative.

Prahar has a strong drive to do things the right way. He not only adheres to SOPs, but he took initiative to become versed in the food regulations that apply to his work. It allowed us to have meaningful conversations about quality system improvements.

Partnership and rapport are strengths that made working with Prahar enjoyable. I miss having him as a colleague.”

“I hired Prahar as a process engineer 4 years ago. During that time I’ve seen him develop well and on many levels.
He takes his work very seriously and is always looking through the eyes of the consumer when it comes to GMP adherence and process improvement.
He is a KPI conscious individual who always looks for a more efficient and consistent way to run a process.
Very recently he’s shown a draw and natural talent to operational excellence and continuous improvement. He is a unique individual who can look at trends and see indicators that lead him to process improvement ideas.”

To Whom It May Concern:

Prahar Vaidya worked under my supervision for two years, from January, 2014 to May, 2016, first as an engineering tutor and later as a student recruiting assistant in Cleveland State University’s Washkewicz College of Engineering.  As a tutor, Prahar was responsible for helping undergraduate engineering students with their course work.  As a recruiting assistant, Prahar coordinated campus tours, engineering presentations for high school students and community outreach activities through our Fenn Academy program.

Prahar exemplifies the strong work ethic sought by employers.  He is a dedicated and reliable team player who is hard working and skilled in his chosen profession of chemical engineering.  It is a pleasure working with him because he always seeks to go above and beyond what is expected and he has a thirst for learning and developing his skills.  His overall demeanor is focused, professional and collaborative.  These are qualities that should be very helpful to any employer.

In addition, Prahar works with minimal supervision and seeks to go above and beyond what is required of him.  In all cases, he met or exceeded my expectations on any projects or assignments and he is focused on customer satisfaction.  From an employer’s viewpoint, Prahar offers the technical, engineering, communication, and people skills that are needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively.  I am confident he would be an excellent choice for any role for which he is qualified.

Prahar has my enthusiastic recommendation and I know that my views are shared by the faculty and staff that have worked with him at Cleveland State University.  If you have any questions regarding Prahar Vaidya, please contact me at (216) 687-5272 or at greggschoof@gmail.com.

Sincerely,

“When Prahar joined the student services team, I knew right away that he would be successful in his position. He cared about his work and the people on the team. He always asked if (we) needed any assistance even though he did not report to me directly. He was timely, paid attention to detail and his work was neat. These skills are transferable to any engineering position he would secure.”

“Prahar is one of the most dedicated hard working students that I have ever worked with. He is always willing to go above and beyond any set level of expectations. He works well both in a team and individually. I could always count on him to complete any task in a timely matter.”
